Description Subli Glaze™
Subli Glaze™ Wood Coating facilitates the image transfer allowing sublimation inks to bond onto the polymer substrate; without Subli Glaze™ Wood Coating the image will not transfer.
Use it to
- Provide a clear polymer layer which sublimation inks can bond to allow effective image transfer.
Important Information
Once mixed lacquer should be used within 5 hours. Clean using with clean warm water.
How to use Subli Glaze™ Frosted Coating
Spray using a conventional spray gun and cure by drying.
Typical drying times at room temperature are:
- Touch dry after 2 hours.
- Hard dry after 24 hours.
- Fully cured after 72 hours.
Force cure at 80ºC for 15 to 25 minutes.
Mixing Instructions
For 5ltrs of Subli Glaze™ Wood Coating mix with:
- 100ml of SG85 Subli Glaze™ Activator
For 25ltrs of Subli Glaze™Wood Coating mix with:
- 500ml of Subli Glaze™ Activator
