Reward Points Program

MG-Points  Program

The MG-Points Program is our customer loyalty rewards system and is subject to the following terms:

Eligibility

  • Available only to registered individual customers.

  • Not available to businesses, partnerships, or groups.

General Rules

  • MG-Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder.

  • MG-Points have no cash value, may not be exchanged, sold, gifted, or mortgaged.

  • We are not responsible for lost or unauthorized use of points.

  • MG-Points are awarded at our discretion and are displayed in your account.

  • All damages must be reported to us within 5 days of occurrence.

Earning & Redeeming MG-Points

  • MG-Points can be earned through purchases and select promotions.

  • When redeeming, the appropriate number of points will be deducted from your account.

  • Redeemed points are non-refundable unless we approve a product return.

  • MG-Points can only be redeemed for eligible items, as marked on our site.

  • Redemption is calculated as:
    100 MG-Points = $1 discount

Dollar-Off Rewards Policy

  • MG-Points can be redeemed in increments of 1 point (i.e., 100 points = $1).

  • They may be used for full or partial payment (rounded down).

  • Any remaining balance must be paid by another method.

  • Dollar-Off Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or used as cashback.

Account Status & Expiry

  • Points are forfeited if your account is closed.

  • Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed, and all points forfeited.

Program Changes & Termination

  • We reserve the right to change or discontinue the MG-Points program at any time without notice.

  • If the program is discontinued, a 15-day notice will be posted on our website. Any unredeemed points must be used within that period.

Legal Disclaimer

  • The MG-Points Program is void where prohibited by law.

  • We are not responsible for any tax implications resulting from participation in the program.

  • We accept no liability for errors or delays in points reporting or processing.


    How to redeem points:
