Warranty & Return policies

At MiddleGraphics, we stand behind the quality of our products. The following outlines our standard warranty policies for all equipment we sell, excluding products (such as card printers) that are covered directly by a factory warranty.

Some items may include additional terms and conditions. If those terms conflict with the general policies below, the product-specific terms will take precedence.

Warranty Policy

• We warrant that all new equipment sold by MiddleGraphics is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover damage due to misuse.

• Consumable items are excluded from warranty coverage. These include, but are not limited to: rubber pads, heat element pads, fuses, cutting strips, blades, Teflon sheets, temperature-resistant tape, etc.

• For parts sold separately for our own branded equipment, we offer a ninety (90) day limited warranty. These parts must be installed and used properly and must not be subject to misuse.

• If any part, in our opinion, is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge, provided the product was installed and used properly and not misused.

• For equipment that is out of warranty, reasonable service and parts fees will apply.

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the equipment and parts sold directly by MiddleGraphics. Warranty service does not include shipping costs or any incidental or consequential expenses.

• All warranty services are performed at our facility in Toronto, Canada.

  • Authorization is required before sending any equipment or parts to us.

  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including customs fees, duties, and taxes, both ways.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• All returns must be authorized by MiddleGraphics in advance.

• Returns must be made within seven (7) days of delivery unless otherwise stated.

• Returned items must be complete, unused, and in original packaging unless an exception is granted.

• A 20% restocking fee will apply unless stated otherwise.

• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any damages, customs duties, and taxes.

• Unauthorized returns will be refused and discarded.

Disclaimer

Under no circumstances shall MiddleGraphics be liable for any injury, loss, or damage—whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased from us.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Policy Updates

MiddleGraphics reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website. However, such updates will not affect warranty terms for purchases made before the changes were posted.

MiddleGraphics and its manufacturing partners also reserve the right to change product specifications or related documentation as needed, without prior notice to customers.
